3. Content License (For Pet Stories & Photos)

By submitting photos or stories, you grant PawStoryHub a non-exclusive license to:

• Display the content on our website

• Use it for promotional purposes (you may request removal anytime)

You retain ownership of your content; we only receive permission to display it.

4. Payments & Pricing

We collect payments for:

A. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

Examples:

• Story upload fee

• Booth/display fee

• Pet wall placement fee

Digital services begin processing immediately and cannot be refunded.

B. Physical Products (Refundable under certain conditions)

Payments are processed via:

• Stripe

• PayPal

• Major credit/debit cards

All prices shown on the website are final.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload copyrighted images without permission

• Post harmful, violent, or inappropriate content

• Attempt fraud or abuse our payment system

• Misuse someone else’s pet content

We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these rules.

• Any specific level of visibility for uploaded stories

• Uninterrupted website availability

• Zero defects in physical merchandise
