Refund Policy

PawStoryHub provides both digital services and physical merchandise. Refund rules differ based on the product type.

A. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Pet story submission

  • Photo upload & review

  • Booth/listing/display fees

  • Any service already processed

Once digital services begin, the cost is irreversible.

B. Physical Products Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from the description

  • You cancel before the order ships

2. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • The item has been used

  • The issue is based on personal preference

  • The return request is made after 14 days

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (PayPal / Stripe / credit card).
